Covid-19 Safety Precautions for Delegates to our Events

What’s going to happen about PI UK’s events?

With the current coronavirus situation, you may be wondering what’s going to happen to our planned series of seminars. So are we, but we’re getting prepared for whatever we may have to do.

We are monitoring the government guidelines closely and will do as instructed.  With the situation changing daily, we may have to postpone one or more of our events, in which case we will let all pre-registered delegates know as soon as we know.

In the meantime, we are asking everyone that registers for our events to be extra diligent in following advice from the appropriate authorities and to read carefully and act on our Covid-19 Safety Precautions:

Covid-19 Safety Questions (visible at top of our registration forms):

  • Have you been travelling in Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Iran, Northern Italy, Japan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Myanmar (Burma), Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Tenerife (H10 Costa Adeje Palace Hotel), Thailand or Vietnam in the last 14 days?

Note: that the list is changing almost on a daily basis. Please keep checking at see if any more have been added and if so, please include these too.

  • Have you been in contact with anyone else that might have been to these countries in the last 14 days?
  • Have you been in contact with someone who has or could possibly have Coronavirus / COVID-19?
  • Have you had or been in contact with someone who has had a cough, a high temperature and shortness of breath?

The Registration Form features the following mandatory tick boxes:

[  ] I have read and understood the Covid-19 Safety Precautions at the top of this form and can honestly answer “No” to the questions it asked.

[  ] Should my situation change I will change my registration to “Non-attendee” and advise you accordingly by email to

If within 7 days before the event the answer to any of these questions is “yes”, please do not attend the event! Even if you just have a common cold (or similar) we would appreciate it if you could stay at home and focus on getting better. There will be future events and we can answer questions in between events.

How can I view the presentations?
