PROFINET is capable of meeting the demands of the most complex of control and automation applications.

This presentation will look at PROFINET, the most popular of the industrial ethernet standards, starting from the basics and then building towards the simplest of setups. It will show how PROFINET can be easily used for smaller applications. The presentation will then progress to looking at some of the base PROFINET features that help support through the lifecycle of the system.
